The role of inflammation in the body, especially in the brain (inflammation=freeze state). Nutrients that impact the nervous system (Example low zinc linked to depression and high levels of oxidative stress contribute to PTSD). Nutrients run the health of the nervous system and its capacity for healing. The ability to regulate the nervous system is essential to trauma recovery.
